Priority Pass has really advanced from just offering lounges to travelers. Now got whole network of bars, restaurants, hotels, spas, and even caviar shops. Depending on the location, anything also can be available to members. I really appreciate this concept, especially since I got unlimited Priority Pass card. I always enjoy seeing what’s around the airport that I’m flying out from. Can be very valuable if got multiple outlets that work on credit system. I also really like spa or massage outlets. Been to quite a few overseas and in Singapore also. This time, I back to check out another PP restaurant in Singapore. Heard plenty of good things about this Terrace restaurant in Terminal 1.
Opening Hours
Terrace Restaurant is open daily from 8am to 11pm. You can access this lounge via lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I got unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Credit Card or my UOB Reserve Card and use that to access the lounge. Normal entrance will cost 35 USD. Do note, you can simply show mobile boarding pass if you haven’t checked in and get your physical boarding pass. Same-day boarding pass can already. That one quite important since this is located landside. You can also use this lounge upon arrival too. Can bring in a guest.
Arrival & Location
The restaurant is located landside, before security. This makes the facility slightly less useful since you still need to take time to clear immigration and security. But in Singapore, no problem one, can clear in minutes. It’s located on level 3. You can just access it via the escalator. Just tell the staff you want to use your Priority Pass when entering the restaurant. They got a specific set menu for you to choose from.
Terrace Restaurant Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 – Free Priority Pass Meal
This one is more like a proper restaurant rather than a lounge. Like I mentioned earlier, you can order from the specific set menu for guests. Can choose a side, a main, and a drink. This will also come with a soup on the side, which changes from time to time. Do note, you cannot choose Milo or beer for the drinks. Check out the menu over here.

Conclusion
This is now my go-to place before and after my flight, especially if I flying budget or economy. The food is really good, and in fact, I willing to pay for it too. Most of the time, such food is much better than what you can get at a contract lounge. Just make sure to cater some time for it since it’s landside.
I really appreciate Priority Pass expanding its network. I love such restaurants, cafes, bars, and even spa outlets. This can be super handy if you have unlimited Priority Pass. The value I can get is unbeatable. I getting a free meal before and after my travels.
That said, I do feel they a bit stingy with the Tiger beer and Milo; for 35 USD, shouldn’t be a big issue. I looking forward to coming back one day to try the breakfast menu too.
