Malaysia VTL is finally here. Malaysia joins Singapore Vaccinated Travel Lanes List as of today. However, this will only take effect starting from 29th November 2021.
The VTL will firstly start with six designated services between Changi Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport a day. This means significantly land travel are still not on the cards yet.
Update 18 November 2021: here are airlines flights for Malaysia VTL:

- Jetstar Asia
- Malaysia Airlines
- Malindo Air
- Scoot
- Singapore Airlines
Based on the above list, they in fact split equally with 3 airlines from each country.

However, it is still unclear which airlines and which specific flights will participate in the scheme.

Singapore Airlines is currently specifically operating daily Airbus A380 flights to and from Kuala Lumpur until 3rd December 2021. These flights are there for crew familiarisation and training purposes.

However, at this stage the airline has not yet marked any of its Kuala Lumpur services as VTL-eligible.
Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) for VTL
VTP applications for those arriving from Malaysia VTL will only open on 22nd November 2021.
You will without a doubt need Vaccinated Travel Pass to enter if you are not Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Under the VTL, fully vaccinated travellers will be able to travel between Singapore and Malaysia, and be subjected to COVID-19 tests in lieu of serving quarantine or stay-home notice.
