All things considered, this is a nice experience and restaurant. However, 30,000 miles for this experience may not be fully worth it.
With the KrisFlyer extension announced, I would not rush to spend these precious 30,000 miles for a meal for two.
As an illustration, 30,000 miles can get you 2 return tickets from Singapore to Jakarta in Economy Class. Or similarly, almost a return ticket from Singapore to Jakarta in Business Class.
Therefore, if you have too many miles, you can have a nice meal at nice restaurant for free.
