VTL passengers arriving in Singapore from 24th January 2022 onwards will require an on-arrival PCR test at Changi Airport on the new VTL rules. The rest of the tests are ART self-swab only if you are heading out.
Our opinion, this could be a little subjective, and there will need to have some trust to the travellers. (e.g. you were to head down and get some meals to the Coffee Shop? Will you need a ART test?)
This is such a great news for inbound travellers to Singapore. If you plan your schedule correctly, you would not need to poke your nose everyday.
Less SHN facilities with VTL Rules?
SHN facilities seem to taken a step back and no one use much of the SHN Dedicated Facilities lately.

Summary
All in all, a good news towards right direction. We haven’t seen much of VTL news lately, and the froze on VTL ticket sales just lifted. Omicron definitely set aback many people’s plans. However, we are off to a good start.
